We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150 within the US. For all other domestic purchases, we offer $8 flat rate standard shipping. All items will ship via USPS or UPS.
Please note that all leather handbag orders are insured during the shipping process and thus, require a direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to bypass the required signature, please make a note in the “special instructions” section during checkout.
If you need to place an order for rush shipment, for an additional cost, we will ship any order via Next Day Air or 2-Day Air. If you would like to expedite your order, please specify in the “special instructions" section on the check out page, or contact Customer Service at email@example.com, with your request.
We ship internationally! We offer $50 flat rate shipping per international order.
Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.
Our company stands by the quality and workmanship of our products, and customer satisfaction is important to us. We happily accept returns on all full-price orders within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. All returns must be initiated by emailing email@example.com. Once you receive a return confirmation email, your return must be postmarked within 14 days to be accepted. Merchandise received after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.

The customer agrees that goods supplied in respect of which a written claim has not been made as aforementioned, shall be deemed to have been of merchantable and faultless quality at the time of receipt by the Customer.

The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund and all merchandise must be un-worn with the original tags still attached. We do not accept returns of anything that is missing labels, care tags, damaged boxes. Shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise. MacKenzie83 reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted.

Please include with your return a copy of your order, including your contact information and indicate the item(s) you are returning. Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have received free shipping and want to make a return for a full refund, we will deduct a $10 shipping/restocking fee from your refund. We cannot process the refund until you return the merchandise to us. Returns for store credit may be made at no additional charge. We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise.
*All sale, custom and made-to-order merchandise is final. No returns or exchanges.
HOW TO RETURN
Please email email@example.com for a return confirmation. From there, we will email you instructions on how to return your item(s).
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. If an item has a problem that may have persisted in the manufacturing process, we will take this into consideration and investigate the matter. All of our products are inspected before shipping, lessening any chance of a manufacturing issue. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will email you a shipping label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt – with the condition that merchandise has not been used with all tags attached.
Examples of defective merchandise include:
- Stitching comes undone due to a manufacturer defect.
- The actual teeth on the zipper are breaking open.
- Faulty QC issues.
Please know, at this time we do not process exchanges. If you would like a different style or color, please place a new order online at www.mackenzie83.com.
- Send via insured parcel post for proof of delivery. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise.
- No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted.
- Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.

Online orders are processed Monday through Friday, 1-3 business days of order placement, unless indicated in the product description. Orders placed between 1 p.m. EST Friday through 11:59 p.m. EST Sunday will be processed the following Monday. On occasion, an order may be placed on hold. In that event, we will contact you within one business day to gather the information we need to expedite the order. If we attempt to contact you and do not receive a response after five business days, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
PRE-ORDERS & BACK-ORDERS
For back-ordered or pre-ordered items, payment in full is required to secure your item, funds are transferred in full as soon as your transaction is processed. We will send you an email confirming your order after the transaction has processed, along with an estimated delivery time for your order. In the event that shipping dates change, we will do everything we can to keep you informed.
