SHIPPING POLICY

 

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150 within the US. For all other domestic purchases, we offer $8 flat rate standard shipping. All items will ship via USPS or UPS.

Please note that all leather handbag orders are insured during the shipping process and thus, require a direct signature upon delivery. If you would like to bypass the required signature, please make a note in the “special instructions” section during checkout.

If you need to place an order for rush shipment, for an additional cost, we will ship any order via Next Day Air or 2-Day Air. If you would like to expedite your order, please specify in the “special instructions" section on the check out page, or contact Customer Service at orders@mackenzie83.com, with your request.

  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

We ship internationally! We offer $50 flat rate shipping per international order.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page. Buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes.

 

RETURNS

 

Please contact orders@mackenzie83.com for any queries related to customer returns. Our company stands by the quality and workmanship of our products, and customer satisfaction is important to us.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy in order to guarantee the refund of your purchase.

We happily accept returns on all full-price orders within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. All returns must be initiated by emailing orders@mackenzie83.com. Once you receive a return confirmation email, your return must be postmarked within 14 days to be accepted. Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.

MacKenzie83 takes great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide you with a refund for full priced items only where:

  • the goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging;
  • the goods have not been worn or damaged;
  • MacKenzie83 must be notified by writing within 14 days of receipt of goods of an exchange or return. The customer agrees that goods supplied in respect of which a written claim has not been made as aforementioned, shall be deemed to have been of merchantable and faultless quality at the time of receipt by the Customer.
  • the original invoice as proof of purchase is provided.
  • are faulty (unless caused by you);
  • have been wrongly described;
  • are different to the goods that you ordered;

The merchandise must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund and all merchandise must be un-worn with the original tags still attached. We do not accept returns of anything that is missing labels, care tags, or in damaged boxes. Shipping charges for returns are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise. MacKenzie83 reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund cannot be granted.

Please include with your return a copy of your order, including your contact information and indicate the item(s) you are returning. Once your return is received, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive a confirmation by email when your return is complete. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. 

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have received free shipping and want to make a return for a full refund, we will deduct a $10 shipping/restocking fee from your refund. We cannot process the refund until you return the merchandise to us. Returns for store credit may be made at no additional charge. We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise.

*All sale, custom and made-to-order merchandise is final. No returns or exchanges.  

  

HOW TO RETURN

 

Please email orders@mackenzie83.com for a return confirmation. From there, we will email you instructions on how to return your item(s).

 

DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS

 

All items are carefully inspected before shipping. Although, in the case you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage.  If an item has a problem that may have persisted in the manufacturing process, we will take this into consideration and investigate the matter. All of our products are inspected before shipping, lessening any chance of a manufacturing issue. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will email you a shipping label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt – with the condition that merchandise has not been used with all tags attached.

Examples of defective merchandise include:

  • Stitching comes undone due to a manufacturer defect.
  • The actual teeth on the zipper are breaking open.
  • Faulty QC issues.
