HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?

 

It’s simple - just log into your account to view your order history and you’ll see the current status of your order. 

 

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

     

The moment your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add orders@mackenzie83.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website. 

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

 

MacKenzie83 ships from New York within 1-3 business days of your order date, unless otherwise noted. Shipments are sent out every Tuesday and Friday. Your package will arrive 3-10 days of the date it was shipped, depending on where you live in the US. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information for your package. You will receive a “Canceled Order” notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or canceled. Sorry, but orders will not be shipped on the weekends or holidays. 

  

DOES MACKENZIE83 SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

Yes, we ship internationally to almost everywhere in the world! Please check out our shipping policy for more info.

  

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

 

While it’s rare, sometimes certain items will suddenly become out of stock and no longer be available. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-28 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. 



I HAVE A PROMO CODE, CAN I USE IT ON MORE THAN ONE ORDER?

 

Sorry, only one discount code can be applied to each order. 

 

CAN I EXCHANGE ITEMS?

CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE?

IS SALES TAX ADDED TO MY ORDER?

 

MacKenzie83 is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the state of New York. If you are shipping to NY, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

 

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS?

  

MacKenzie83 currently offers Free UPS or USPS standard ground shipping for all orders over $150 (including pre-orders). For all other purchases, there is a $8 flat rate shipping fee. At your request and for an additional cost, we will ship any order via Next Day Air or 2-Day Air. If you would like to expedite your order, please specify on the comments section at check out with your request.
