HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?It’s simple - just log into your account to view your order history and you’ll see the current status of your order.
WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?The moment your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order. If you don’t receive an email, check your Spam or Updates folders and add email@example.com to your safe sender list. You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?MacKenzie83 ships from New York within 1-3 business days of your order date, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Your package will arrive 3-10 days of the date it was shipped, depending on where you live in the US. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information for your package. You will receive a “Canceled Order” notification if there is any reason your order may be delayed or canceled. Sorry, but orders will not be shipped on the weekends or holidays.
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED?Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking confirmation number. Use this number to track your package.

I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THAT?Please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP with your request. Although, we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELED?While it’s rare, sometimes certain items will suddenly become out of stock and no longer be available. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24-28 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND AFTER I SHIPPED MY RETURN?Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited back to your original form of payment. We will notify you via email when this transaction has taken place.
HOW DO I USE A PROMO CODE?Add your selections to your shopping bag and continue to checkout. On the right-hand side, click on ‘Discount’ then, type in the code and hit ‘Apply.’ Your promotion code will be automatically applied to your order and will be reflected in your order total. The amount of your discount will be listed in the ‘Promotions’ line. Please be advised that promo codes cannot be applied to previous purchases and only one can be used per order. Other exclusions may apply.
CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMO CODE ON THE SAME ORDER?Sorry, only one discount code can be applied to each order.

IS SALES TAX ADDED TO MY ORDER?
MacKenzie83 is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to the state of New York. If you are shipping to NY, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.
WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE SHIPPING METHODS?
MacKenzie83 currently offers Free UPS or USPS standard ground shipping for all orders over $150 (including pre-orders). For all other purchases, there is a $8 flat rate shipping fee. At your request and for an additional cost, we will ship any order via Next Day Air or 2-Day Air. If you would like to expedite your order, please specify on the comments section at check out with your request.
