HOW TO RETURN

From there, you will receive a return confirmation email with instructions on how to return your item(s).
We accept returns on all full-price orders within 14 days from the day the merchandise is delivered. All returns must be initiated by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you receive a return confirmation email, your return must be postmarked within 14 days to be accepted. Merchandise received after 14 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.
Please note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have received free shipping and want to make a return for a full refund, we will deduct a $10 shipping/restocking fee from your refund. We cannot process the refund until you return the merchandise to us. Returns for store credit may be made at no additional charge. We will refund the credit card you used for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise.

DAMAGED/ INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are carefully inspected before shipping. Although, in the case you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 5 business days of receiving the merchandise. Please keep the original box and packaging materials in the case of damage. If an item has a problem that may have persisted in the manufacturing process, we will take this into consideration and investigate the matter. All of our products are inspected before shipping, lessening any chance of a manufacturing issue. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, we will email you a shipping label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt – with the condition that merchandise has not been used with all tags attached.
Examples of defective merchandise include:
- Stitching comes undone due to a manufacturer defect.
- The actual teeth on the zipper are breaking open.
- Faulty QC issues.
